Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. You can open up to two stores, add unlimited products, dropship and take payments without paying anything or entering a card. Free stores carry a small “Powered by Sello” badge.
Does Premium auto-renew?
No. Premium is prepaid for the term you choose. When you buy again, the extra months stack onto your current expiry. Nothing charges automatically.
What happens when Premium expires?
Your account returns to the free plan. Your stores and products are kept, and any storefronts beyond the free limit are paused until you renew or stay within two stores.
Which currency am I charged in?
Premium is billed in euros (EUR). Prices may be shown in your local currency for reference, but the charge is taken in EUR.
Are there fees on my sales?
Sello takes a small platform fee on each sale to run payments and fulfillment, on both Free and Premium. You can see the exact split on every order before you publish a product.
